1. General Policy

Wekonex provides subscriptions for digital services.
All payments made for subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • A technical issue prevents access to the service for more than 15 consecutive days

  • A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)

  • The service was not delivered as described

All refund claims must include proof of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds apply in cases of:

  • Voluntary cancellation of subscription

  • Partial use of the platform

  • Misuse of the account or violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Change of decision after payment


4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the transaction.
