Wekonex provides subscriptions for digital services.
All payments made for subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.
Refunds may be granted only if:
A technical issue prevents access to the service for more than 15 consecutive days
A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)
The service was not delivered as described
All refund claims must include proof of payment.
No refunds apply in cases of:
Voluntary cancellation of subscription
Partial use of the platform
Misuse of the account or violation of Terms & Conditions
Change of decision after payment
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the transaction.
